We bake everything fresh in-house, every single day – guided by skilled hands, proven methods, and a no-shortcuts discipline.
We don’t use margarine, preservatives, or artificial colours.

Not exactly. Each category follows its own thoughtful baking standards. Some recipes require butter for flavour and structure, like breads and
laminated bakes. Some cakes use carefully selected trans-fat-free oils because the recipe needs better moisture, softer texture, and natural
freshness without preservatives.
We don’t use one fat for everything. We use what is technically right for each product, based on baking science, quality, and long-term eating
comfort.
That’s what Happy Heart stands for.

Our cakes are made fresh and preservative-free. For longer travel, store them in a closed container at 4°C. Slice only when needed and warm
gently before enjoying. We call it the “No Preservative Challenge.”

Every ‘Bread Factory’ baked goodie is made in our own production unit by trained hands, around the clock. We’re proud of the craft that goes into
every bake.

Cookies: In airtight jars. Breads: At room temp, sealed. Best within 2–3 days. Cakes: In the fridge, in a closed container.

Yes! You can order directly via our Bread Factory app or WhatsApp. Delivery is currently available in select areas. New zones are added frequently.

Absolutely. We take advance orders for birthdays, gifting, bulk events, and hi-tea catering. Please pre-order at least 24–48 hours in advance.

We use real couverture chocolate ranging from 29% to 65% depending on the recipe. We never use compound chocolate in our main bakes, only
small amounts as toppings in a few products.
